Professional Experience:

Dr. Napier, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, joined BanCAPs in 2023, culminating a journey that began there with three semesters as a Nurse Practitioner Student. Her rich experience includes serving as a Registered Nurse in psychiatric units at Gateway Regional Medical Center, and her earlier roles as a preschool teacher and ABA therapist have deepened her understanding of developmental stages. Dr. Napier’s career also includes valuable time at OSF and Carle Foundation Hospitals. Known for her passion in working with children, teens, and their families, she adopts a compassionate and holistic approach to mental health care, reflecting her commitment to nurturing the emotional and psychological well-being of her patients.
