As part of this effort, we have created a process where you can communicate with us based on your availability and still get answers to your questions promptly. You can now ditch the waiting time on the phone line and by contacting us using this process:

Contact Us to request a Medication Refill:

Submit your request to refill medications by clicking HERE. Please note request to refill sent via pharmacy may not be honored. 

Contact your Provider:

Sending a secure message: Secure Texting: You can text us securely at 618-754-1379 or send a message via chatbot on this website. Our front desk staff will review your message and contact your provider as required. One of the staff members or your Provider will respond back to you via a secure message using UpDox. Alternatively, you can call us at 618-310-0085.

Billing Questions:

Please submit all your billing questions by clicking HERE. Our staff will review your questions and will contact you with in a week. Please note that our medical billing is handled by a third party. Hence, it might take few days to find answers to your questions.

General Questions:

General Questions that do not fit any of the above category should be asked by texting us at 618-754-1379 or via chatbot on this website. You can also call us at 618-310-0085. Our staff will review your questions and get back to you as soon as possible. Text directly or via chatbot instead of calling for a quicker response as texting is our preferred mode of communication.
